I have found out something though. you can make it to run 20 by going through the double up arrow door in run 18, I was mistaken. I don't know how to do it but I have done it now. I suspect this may be true for Run 19 as well. I wrote a song: " got a ninja on my trail... back from death & into hell... spawn in a pool of zots, crap. bonus lives are sparse, rats.
