If not I cant play. 1~Two pair does not get you any bonus. 2~ I have never played Activsion Antholog,y so I am not sure if it plays the same. For me it's a lot more convenient. I hardly ever get a chance to sit in front of a console. I haven't found the gameplay really to be any different. I can still use a CX-40 and paddles (via Stelladaper) or a USB gamepad or the arrow keys. I usually get game time in after the kids are in bed while my wife and I are watching TV... It's just easier to grab my laptop, than to go to the basement and fire up a console. And it's more convenient for posting pics.
