Below is her very first game ever. Not bad for a non-Intellivision person. (Actually, she tried to convince me that there was a problem with the disc controller on our unit because Carol wouldn't move like she wanted. Hey! she played three levels of my game, I'm happy. ) Anyway, say "hi" to Shera, Honorary Elf. She knows she's not qualified for any prizes, but she gets one of each anyway. (It´s fair to say that I played in last year competition so I´m not a newbie...) I don't consider the version number one a secret. I added that after the CGE bug incident to know which version people were using if they encountered a problem. It was not supposed to be a secret, but a technical support aide. In any case, for those who don't know it, from the title screen, after the music begins playing, press the number Zero eight times ("00000000") on the hand-controller keypad. This will bring up the "build screen," with information on the game version. There may be other eight-digit numbers that show a different message. (Let the button mashing begin!) -dZ. P.S. Although the "build screen" shows up on all versions (except the original one at CGE), the other secret codes only work on the cartridge version.
