retrorussell Posted May 25 Share Posted May 25 Next NEO GEO vid: VIEWPOINT (1992 Aicom/Sammy) Painfully tough 3/4 perspective polygon (or perhaps polygon-esque, as the graphics might be rendered) shmup, but boy is it beautiful. Fly through 6 stages of beautiful scenery and interesting enemies, which look more impressive when they're based on animals/insects. Collect option fighters (pods) and various bombs, and use your charge shot to make the long, drawn-out boss fights a little more tolerable. The NGCD pad is my usual choice for playing on the Neo-Geo for convenience and easy access. BUT, I recommend you trying these controllers and having it for your the collection. The Neo-Geo HORI Fighting stick I and II. Two well made accessories that really is the perfect arcade stick for all to own. You'll love them Shane.
