+thegoldenband
^Ah, I wondered if that might be the case! It appears that the ROM used is just the regular SNES version of Addams Family with the password option hacked out. I think I'll count that with the SNES, then, not that it changes anything in this week's standings (it doesn't).
carlsson
Interesting thought: if one would play Nintendo VS games, or one of those unusual arcade games based on an Amiga 500, would those sort as NES/Famicom and Amiga OCS respectively, or as Arcade?
karokoenig
Atari 2600 Word Zapper: 10 min PC (DOS) Silent Hunter: 148 min Not a huge difference to last week, I'm afraid. Little time to play, so I just did a few patrols and a quick entry for this week's High Score Club.

BurritoBeans
32X: DOOM - 206 minutes Virtua Racing Deluxe - 120 minutes 3DO: Escape from Monster Manor - 82 minutes Not much at all this week, but I was kinda busy. On Wednesday I got to go up to Jamestown, NY with my dad to visit some family, and they had a game store up there that we checked out - it was pretty cool. I ended up buying my first two 32X carts, DOOM and VR Deluxe, and I love 'em both. Also, Monster Manor got playtime. Nothing exciting but whatever, good enough to me. +thegoldenband
My times for the week: NES: Tiles of Fate - 30 min. Genesis: MiG-29 Fighter Pilot - 7 min. Game Boy: Shisenshou: Match Mania - 81 min. Not too much this week -- just another dozen levels of the above Game Boy puzzler, a short session of a (very) similar NES title, and a brief attempt to figure out a Genesis military combat/flight sim.

Skippy B. Coyote
I got caught running errands all day today so I'm posting my household's times from my mobile. Please forgive the slightly less tidy than usual formatting and the lack of a picture! Ineligible --------------- Animal Crossing: Wild World (Nintendo DS) - 245 minutes Street Fighter Alpha 3 (Game Boy Advance) - 19 minutes Arcade ------------ Arkanoid - 9 minutes Lady Bug - 9 minutes Millipede - 8 minutes Ms. Pac-Man - 11 minutes Space Invaders - 3 minutes Atari 2600 (All played on Atari Flashback 2) -------------------------------------------------------------------- Arcade Pong - 6 minutes Millipede - 10 minutes Missile Command - 15 minutes Super Breakout - 14 minutes Game Boy ---------------- Boggle Plus - 12 minutes Kirby's Block Ball - 158 minutes Solar Striker - 13 minutes Game Boy Color -------------------------- Monopoly - 105 minutes NES/Famicom (All emulated on FCE Ultra GX for Wii) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Arkanoid - 9 minutes Gun-Nac - 54 minutes Micro Machines - 16 minutes Millipede - 13 minutes My Little Pony: Dr. Discord's Conquest - 110 minutes Summer Carnival '92: Recca - 67 minutes PlayStation ------------------ Doom - 127 minutes Resident Evil: Director's Cut - 230 minutes Total Video Game Play Time This Week ================================ 1,263 minutes (21 hours 3 minutes) [999 minutes eligible] Individual System Play Times This Week ================================= PlayStation: 357 minutes NES/Famicom: 269 minutes Nintendo DS: 245 minutes Game Boy: 183 minutes Game Boy Color: 105 minutes Atari 2600: 45 minutes Arcade: 40 minutes Game Boy Advance: 19 minutes Since I'm out and about I don't have much time to comment on the games played this week, though I still have to say that Summer Carnival '92: Recca on the Famicom has definitely earned it's place on my Top 10 list of all time favorite games after playing it quite a bit this week. I absolutely must buy a reproduction cart of it at some point this year! Speaking of reproduction carts, I'm going to need one of My Little Pony: Dr. Discord's Conquest while I'm at it! This ROM hack of Mega Man 3 is so impressive in it's scope and quality that it seems more like a new homebrew game with a Mega Man style level structure than a hack of an existing game. I absolutely adore it and can safely say that it has quickly become my all time favorite homebrew title on any system ever. It's just... just... magical! Lastly, since this week marked the 20th anniversary of the original Resident Evil, I've been spending a good bit of time playing through it on the Advanced mode with Chris. It's giving me a real challenge for sure (killing packs of Hunters with the handgun is no easy task) but I think I should beat it at some point next week. Anwyay, gotta run for now! Kurt_Woloch
Sorry, I'm late by one day... the reason is the Easter weekend which is a long weekend ending on Monday instead of Sunday... and I forgot that I still should post my times on Sunday evening, not Monday.... anyway... Here are my times for the past week (March 21st through 27th): Online (non-eligible): 2048 - 359 min. in 7 sessions Hexagonal 2048 - 18 min. TI-99: 2048 - 6 min. I found a (for me) new game in 2048, which is a puzzle game with 4x4 fields where you have to put two tiles of the same number against each other to form a tile with double the value. You get "2" and "4" tiles, and the goal is to form a "2048" tile. This, which is originally an online game, is a rather simple game which, apparently, has made it into various school exercises and also "demakes" for older systems. I've seen demakes for the Chip-8, the C-64 and the TI-99, out of which I tried the TI-99 version which is programmed in GPL. Like the original version, it has no sound, and also no title page. This is a bit of a shame since I could think of a song that would fit here, which would be "Inchworm" as done in the Muppet Show by Danny Kaye. The lyrics start out "2 and 2 are 4, 4 and 4 are 8...". There are also variants of the game like "Hexagonal 2048" which I also tried. I didn't manage to get a 2048 tile yet, but I did get a 1024.
zylon
What was the odd score? 2600 first time I've ever had a game end on that and I found it strange. Pic uploader wouldn't work yesterday for me. Also had a kick-ass game of Battlezone right after that.
Atarian7
I've had some scores that were kind of odd or the chances of them coming up were very slim. 111,111 3000 exactly happened a few times 10,000 exactly 44,444 a few times I've had 4 of a kind for just about every number except 1. I'm still trying to get 6 of a kind of 9's. Edited March 29, 2016 by Atarian7

Opry99er
Sometimes... This tally is a combined total over the last two weeks including my son's play time. NES emulation on my phone has increased my NES time fairly substantially, but all the rest were played on real hardware.

carlsson
Interton VC-4000: Black Jack - 9 min. Invaders - 9 min. Outer Space Combat - 2 min RCA Studio II: Baseball - 28 min. Bowling - 35 min. Space War Horizontal Intercept - 15 min. Space War Vertical Intercept - 4 min. The two variations of Space War are like two different games, so not sure if they should count together or separately.
