+cjherr
I know OpenEmu uses a bliss core for Intellivision emulation. It appears Bliss is a full emulator as well.

Zendocon
There's also INTV4PC, which started it all. I also heard of one called Bizhawk.
JohnPCAE
There's also IntvWin, but I haven't maintained it in years. I can't even get the Delphi 6 compiler to run properly on Win7 to update it.

+bhall408
Argon! Get it on Google Play for Android phones, tablets, Android TV and Chromebook. Coming soon to Amazon for Fire Tablets, Fire TV/Fire Stick, and Windows 11, in the meantime, you can side load it on those devices and it works fine. Also runs on Raspberry Pi4 with Android TV build by KonstaKANG I'll be at GDC next week - anyone also going, drop me a line to meet up. We just added support for folding devices today - Samsung Flip, Samsung Fold, Moto Razr and Microsoft Surface Duo. When possible the keypad is now "always on" for 2-screen/folding devices where that would not overlap the game play - for example, Surface Duo. Shot of Deep Zone playing on a Samsung Flip (clamshell folding phone) in "book pose" simulated, and Sheep it Up (a Game Boy game) running in "Laptop Pose" on the real thing.
