I think I will pass on that video. Guess hardware wasn't finished sometime into 2020 possibly. That in and of itself practically eliminates 2020 as ever being a possibility for launch.
Cebus Capucinis
Wow, the processor in the controller can wake up the console? Highly advanced technology, I can clearly see why it's taken.....4 years? to finally get the not-laggy, totally-working device we see in videos. It uses technology that's been around since Bluetooth, much like the cheap cell phone the entire console is apparently based on.... WOW MUCH ADVANCED SO VALUE

MattPilz
Questions that were Passed onto Intellivision for Response Six Weeks Ago The admin of the Amico Facebook group compiled a list of questions from the community to send to Intellivision for response. This was shortly after they sent their June update and I presume was suggested by Intellivision to the admin, after coming out of their quiet period. These were delivered to the Intellivision team by June 17. There has been no follow-up on this, no answers posted. It's another disappointment just knowing many took the time to respond to what seemed like sincere solicitation of feedback and transparency, but now are approaching months of waiting for any response. Ironically the bolded ones below self-answered themselves. Would Intellivision look to finishing 1980s prototypes and unreleased titles for Amico? When can we expect the new IP licensing partnership deals and releases? How many people work at Intellivision after the significant reduction in size? What's left to test? What would the general process be for Unity developers to publish their games in Amico format? Will the founder edition units be produced? Is Earthworm Jim 4 still in active development? Will the new revisited Amico games be exclusive to the Amico console, or Will they be available also in other platforms selling IPs? Will the console and games be available to order worldwide? Aare there other hardware quality issues that can’t be fixed by a download update? Is the hardware being altered/upgraded since the quiet period began, or is the console still the same as it was previously? How many games are currently in active development for Amico? How many games are in a finished state? Is the plan for the system to get support and new games for multiple years? Or will a release with 10-20 initial games be all we should realistically expect? Could games designed for Amico come to other consoles as limited timed releases to boost money for Amico and then become Amico exclusives thereafter? When can we expect classic INTV games released on other platforms? What will happen to the physical media and the data that's on those RFID cards? Will there be a way to have it redeemed? Will the pack-in games be on the hard drive or will they need to be redeemed on an online storefront also? Will we finally see more about the buttons and discs that attach to screens? Will we see more deep dive videos on YouTube? Can we see the new Night Stalker playing on an Amico please? Will our Golden Tickets ever do anything? What kind of communication can we expect in the near future? Who is the company producing the hardware? Does "classic IP" means only the old Intellivision games or does it also include retro-reimagined games based on these classic IP? Will the leadership of Intellivision return to become more active in this group? Have studios continued developing with all the hardware delays? Are there any games that have been discontinued? Are there still plans to release most of the original Intellivision to the Amico? Does "servicing partners" mentioned in the announcement include founders? What is the status of the signed Founders Edition. If funding has not been met, how long can we expect to wait for an update outlining this? How are the team and leadership holding up? If I don’t get a reply from them [for refund] how can I take action against them?

MrBeefy
2 minutes ago, Rev said: Serious question. Why was anyone that had any questions, concerns, and even the slightest criticisms labeled as haters? Also, when was the first time the word hater was used in the Amicoverse? Is it documented? Simple answer: The us vs them climate cultivated by the CEO. The tactic used is very much in line with how cults operate too. The long answer: - Cults usually have a charismatic leader, check. - Belief leader is always right and sole holder of "truth", check. (I have the DATA) - Usually an inner circle involved in a lot of secrecy, check. (Amico Armada Discord, secret financial meetings, points to talk to, attack Pat videos) - Intellectual limitation so outside thoughts and interactions are discouraged, check. Related is Opposition to any criticism, check. (Those not agreeing with said leader are determined "others"/phonies, calling people haters appeals to emotional call to arms and not real discussion. Going along with outside interactions is how members were encouraged to block, ostracized, or stop being friends with people the leader did not approve of). - Involves grooming to encourage members to do will of the leader, check. (Talk about Care Bears, attack Pat, etc) - Isolating members and penalizing them for leaving, check. (It is about the friends they made, until a friend broke away and spoke out about the toy. Most recent example is RetroBro and how other members won't speak out knowing they would then be attacked.) - Unreasonable fears about outside world. Some sense of paranoia instilling, check. (4 haters with alt accounts! They just want to destroy us! They are elitists! They are threatening me! They are phonies and we know what you really are trying to do! Also includes fear of other gaming options, controllers, games, and similar. Kids in dark room.) - Makes you make significant changes in your daily life, such as time spent with family or stop doing things you use to do, check. (How many YTers stopped doing their typical content and became Amico channels. This also goes with ostracising old friends because they disagree. Encouraging channels to tag videos a certain way. Etc etc). There are others I'm sure that I missed, but this stuff is why I have so loved watching this. Screw a documentary, I want to see a scholarly study on behavior! 3

Have you corrected the stall software? Can the pilot override it, if the plane thinks it should dive on takeoff? Have you corrected the battery issues? Can we expect open an honest feedback? Because someone creates a list of questions... You expect someone to answer them? And on your required timeline? I am certain the engineers at Boeing are telling friends and family to stay away from the MAX 8 but I don't expect the CEO to tell people that.
