My pleasure! I didn't know that about the Jaguar... the Maria design started out as a co-processor for gcc's aborted "spring" ibm pc compatible. I always wondered what that would have looked like, so it's cool to hear that some of the ideas did make it to a more powerful platform.

You need remember that Maria is similar to Jaguar Object Processor 

Screen is made by objects and branches (zones for Maria)
