Pokemon, stupid addictive

Ok, how about tips for getting 3 bars or 2 7's on the Celadon Slots?

Okay. This I think I remember.

On average, you usually win often enough to slowly gain coins over time. The problem is that it takes too long. The solution is to start playing and lay something on the button (thereby causing the game to continue automatically on it's own) and leave it for a few hours. This works easier with a SNES and a Super Game Boy, but should work with a Game Boy as long as you can get the one button to stay pressed.

Check back regularly to make sure you're still advancing. If you notice a machine going cold, stop the process and move to another machine.

That's how I did it.

Life is too short to be playing all of those slot machine subgames that seem to creep into Japanese videogames.
Like the ones in Super Mario 2.. and Super Mario 3.. and Yoshi's Island, Donkey Kong '94... Wow.. I never even noticed until now.

Anybody know where I can get a list of all 150 Pokemon and which moves they can learn?

I've almost caught all the ones in Blue and I want to know what I can teach them via TM and HM.

Aimee has just started Red and this would be a big help to her as well.

Thanks

:)

The casino in FF7 is a game in itself

Does Kirby's Adventure have this theme also? No, maybe I'm thinking of claw and the bin of prizes

Ah, I see, trust me I had looked at GameFAQ's and they seemed pretty weak in the Pokemon, dept, but the list you pointed me to is a BIG help.  Thanks Rhindle.

So what about making money in Pokemon land? I've beat EVERY trainer except the ELITE FOUR, and I'm running low on money trying to train my Pokemon. How, other than defeating trainers can I make money in Pokemon land? I know that Meowth can win me modest sums from PAY DAY in battle, but is there any other way?

Going broke in Pallet Town....

Just tried that method with my Super Advantage Controller, Super Gameboy, and Pokemon Red, and I was able to get the triple bars. :D

Sell nuggets?

I don't know. I almost *never* spend my money. A quick check of my Pokemon games (where I've defeated the Elite Four) shows:

Red (Edmund) - 219496

Blue (Anakin) - 254464

Yellow (Hamlet) - 324492

Crystal (Mai) - 343044

In Gold/Silver/Crystal (and Ruby/Sapphire), you can get an Amulet Coin, which gives you double the earnings if a Pokemon carrying it is involved in the battle. In Red/Blue/Yellow, there are fewer options.

Can't you turn casino coins back into real money? That might be a solution for you.

well, I'm a little short because I only just recently found out that you lose 1/2 your cash when you black out. :x

I STILL can't get that Porygon from the Casino, I suck at the slots and end up losing ALL of my coins! :x I hate Celadon!
