Thawing

I went out. I had to. I only had one pill left. So I went and got groceries, and went to the bank. After that, I went to the new Popeye's location in my area. I got twelve chicken nuggets and they even threw in some biscuit of some sort. So I ate it along with the very yummy chicken nuggets.

We are in a period of thawing out. There is still a bunch of ice on the ground but not on the roadways so I was able to get out and relieve myself of cabin fever. It's raining and it's not supposed to get below freezing again. (well, not ever again...you know what I mean.)

I also took some time to finish the flying hamburgers game for Game Gear. I put up a demo version to download here. It is not the complete version. It just has the first three levels of the game. The goal of the game is to get to the end. As opposed to flying forever and attempting a high score. So if anyone has any feedback or experiences a problem of some sort let me know. It's such a waste though: banks 11-15 are completely empty. Oh well.

On Saturday morning, we'll have -25 C (-13 F). On Sunday morning, we'll have +2 C (+35 F). That will be an interesting 24 hours of temperature rising.
