Yes, it may not be obvious how to pronounce Chetriy. I say it with the accent on the second syllable, more or less rhyming with Atari.

 

The original word for four is hard for English speakers to pronounce. It involves sounds we don't use. Here is one example of how a Russian speaker says it.
