Has anybody gotten one from 8bitdomain? I've PMed him a couple of times with no response.

Allan

Hi Allan,

I thought I had already responded to your PM, anyway I have 4 left.

Mike

Hi Mike. Whatever happened to mine? I thought I was going to get the first one?

I was talking about the mini2600 not the 7800 adapter. The boards for the 7800

adapter will be in next week.

This is the latest project from 8bitdomain, a 2600&7800 adapter for the Atari 5200.

Prototype tested & completed, board with same feature set of a standard 7800.

You will need to supply a few parts from a standard 5200 VCS adapter and a 7800.

It has on board circuitry for Svideo, Composite Video and 2 channel audio identical

to the 8bitdomain A/V mods so it will work with BOTH 2port & 4port 5200's.

The main reason for posting this is I want to add some additional features and would

like some feedback from this forum on what features you would like added.

Some features under consideration are:

--Built in Hi score capability for 7800 games

--Atari 7800 devcart capability w/serial download

--Other ideas???

I would like to keep the price as low as possible so I don't

want to make it like a Cuttle Cart. That's already been done

so what features would you like?

can you play the 7800 games on the 5200 joysticks? high score saves on the 5200 games? a/v outs on all 2600/5200/7800?

if the answer isn't yes for question 1 and 3, then i see no point making this device. i'd prefer playing games on their respective systems.

Before you start adding new products to your inventory, perhaps you should ship out the old ones? It's been a month since I ordered a 5200 video mod kit from your business and I'm still waiting for it. Others have had similar experiences, suggesting that you should be spending more time on customer service and less on research and development.

If you are not going to ever ship this product then how about refunding my $150.00???

This is getting kind of ridiculous....
