Albert
You missed my updates for Alien Brigade and Joust. Check page 4. -Trebor I did update those shots, but looks like I didn't add those two games to the list in the first post. Just fixed that, thanks for pointing it out. ..Al

Bakasama
I used to play Pengo back a lot in the arcade. I wouldn't mind trying to make it if anyone has any good insight into how the snowbees move. That shot was edited from a Pac-Man collection screenshot. It was inspired by Curt releasing source files for many 7800 games. He wanted programers to edit the games to take them to really different directions. I knew that Pengo and Pac-Man arcade hardware was very similar to each other, so came the mock up. As to how the snowbees move, my guess is they move like the ghosts in Pac-man without different AI. Albert
Oh wow...I didn't know you had a list in progress! Don't get too excited, I started that some time ago and it hasn't moved much since then. There are actually a fair number of 8-bit related pages that were started. Some examples... http://www.atariage.com/software_search.html?SystemID=800 http://www.atariage.com/800/emulation/ http://www.atariage.com/800/faq/index.html http://www.atariage.com/800/history.html http://www.atariage.com/800/emulation/ ..Al
+Mitch
Oops, I guess I opened a can of worms there. Trying to get this back on topic; a couple of 7800 carts switch into a 2600 video mode, is there a particular 2600 emu that you want those screenshots taken in? +Mitch
Ack, Midnight Mutants was already done (page 2). I think Al forgot to add that one to the list. There are a few more different shots in yours though so it's not a total waste. Mitch

Yep, my bad for not adding Midnight Mutants to the first post, sorry. I can add some additional screenshots, though, since more were taken the second time through. Might be a good idea to take a brief look at the existing shots for a game before taking new shots, just to be safe. It'll be easy to tell if they are old shots by A) a horrible color pallet and B) only a few shots (not more than five typically). ..Al
+Mitch
OK, here's the Diagnostic cart. I couldn't get the color adjustment screen to display so I only got the other two. Mitch
+Mitch
And here's the Monitor cart. Again I couldn't take more screenshots since ProSystem doesn't support the keypad controllers (yet?). Mitch

Trebor
Mord, Looks like Xevious was already done on page 1. But same as my encounter with Midnight Mutants, you have many more screenshots added to what was already there. Al, Any chance of going through the 6 pages and double checking what's already been done and updating the list on the first post; or perhaps just listing what games are left that still need screenshots? EDIT: Nevermind going through the pages. Here's the complete list in alphabetically order. Right off the bat, it looks like Ace of Aces is also missing from the first post: Ace of Aces Alien Brigade Asteroids b*nQ Ball Blazer Basketbrawl Beef Drop Centipede Choplifter! Color Selector Demo Commando Crack'ed Crossbow Dark Chambers Desert Falcon Diagnostic Cart Dig Dug Donkey Kong Donkey Kong Jr. Double Dragon F-18 Hornet Fatal Run Fight Night Food Fight Galaga Hat Trick Ikari Warriors Impossible Mission Joust Karateka Klax Kung Fu Master Mario Bros. Mat Mania Challenge Midnight Mutants Monitor Cart Motor Psycho Ms. Pac-Man Ninja Golf One On One Basketball Pac-Man Collection Pete Rose Baseball Pitfighter Planet Smashers Pole Position II Rampage Robotron: 2084 Scrapyard Dog Space Invaders Summer Games Super Skateboardin' Tank Command Winter Games Xenophobe Xevious Thanks, Trebor Edited October 23, 2008 by Trebor

Right off the bat, it looks like Ace of Aces is also missing from the first post: I haven't added Ace of Aces yet, which is why it's not on the list. I update the list when I add all the new screenshots (which I do in batches). So in addition to the list, would be a good idea to look for my last post where I've said I've updated the list and then look for new shots posted after that.. ..Al
