The 5200 conversion cart was released under an agreement with First Star Software. My understanding is that the current rights holders are still willing to work with small scale publishers, so if someone was willing to do the work (as the creators of the 2600 version were), another release might be possible. But interest in the 5200 seems far less than the 2600, so I wouldn't hold my breath.
