Is there a thread as what to expect using a NTSC-cart in a PAL vcs and vice versa? Afaik an ntsc cart will merely produce an ntsc signal, even when being used in a PAL machine. So I expect false colors, and the 17% speed drop. Using 9V AC could I use an ntsc machine in a PAL country? This should play ntsc cart properly but be too fast for PAL carts?
