Intellivision Ebay Roundup

I think if it was factory sealed the new sticker would be on the shrink (though I can't really tell from the picture).

It also looks like there is some discoloration on the back under the shrink and maybe a puncture or something on the bottom flap, also under the shrink. The dent at the top on the back doesn't add any information as I have seen shrink wrapped copies more beat up than that (in the stock that Keith still had).

Thanks Steve, good eye!👍

So like.. remember those Flashback supplemental overlay packs? Does anyone even care about them anymore? I've had a set sitting in plastic for a decade now - is it worth putting these up for auction?

I'm likely gonna list my CGE Flashback soonish - a real one, not these empty sleeves that have stamped numbers on them. I was at CGE, all of the sleeves I saw had hand-written numbers on them. What's up with this?

If i were you i would sell the original supplemental overlays with the original Flashback. I think thats your best bet for top dollar, being both are original to the Classic Gaming Expo.

Im not sure why they were numbered by hand,.. but if i had to guess.. maybe they didnt think of that until last minute and didnt have time to have official numbers printed. Regardless, i believe it is better. This sets them apart, being actually hand signed by Blue Sky Rangers. ..atleast thats my opinion.

👍

On the way to crossbow's to get RGB'd up.

Too good of condition to pass up at that price, I couldn't believe nobody snagged it before me considering how many people were watching.

Can I post non-ebay stuff here? I think so. Here is a Kijiji (Canadian site like Craigslist) post with a Tandyvision One in box and a nice collection of common French Canadian Mattel games. It has the FC B-17 Bomber and FC Bomb Squad. Also the FC box for the Intellivoice. Oh, and I think that's a US English Venture box with a French Canadian "Not for Use Sticker"...not sure I've seen that combo before.

$160 CAD is a great price, but most people posting on Kijiji expect local pick-up. I've convinced people to ship things to me over the years.

EDIT: I don't know anything about console box variants, but I see extra lines of text on the Tandyvision box that I don't see on any pictures online. So my guess is that this is a French Canadian Tandyvision box as well. Please correct me if I am wrong on that.

It also has the rare 1983 Mattel Electronics Canada dealer catalog.

Congo Bongo CIB went for $587.  I thought prices were dropping and I could steal this for $350 or so.  nope.

That sucks. Congo was the hardest for me to get for my 125. (I want to say I paid $400 for it back in early 2000s). I know I've seen people get lucky and find it in lots. That would be your best bet imo. Keep looking. You'll find one.

Looks like the FC Tandyvision, tempting, Orangeville is about an hour’s drive. My son in law just drove through Orangeville yesterday, hmmmm

Yeah I tempted as well and it's also a one hour drive.  I do have a Tandyvision but not a box.  But I also want to buy some Intellivision Collector games.

Oh my! I would have paid twice that without hesitation. FC Tandy, 2 FC Intellivoice games and the Mattel Canada catalogue! Someone got an absolute steal on this.
