candiru
Picked up Time Soldiers and Power Strike for the Sega Master System for $5 each, CIB. Only an average deal on Time Soldiers, but I think I more than made up for it on PS. It's the special U.S. promotional release with blue-printed box. It's a good shooter too. PressureCooker2600
Bee 52 NES 9.95 (Alittle more than I normally pay, but well worth it) i got Bee 52 awhile back for about 2.99..... i played it and it was hard as hell so now it just sits in my collection Recent sorta-thrift purchases: Haunting- for Sega Genesis (almost shit my pants when I FINALLY found this game....i love it) Zombies Ate My Neighbors- for SNES (an all-time classic that has never been topped) X-Men 2- for Genesis (was a lot better than the 1st one) all for 13 bucks
Ghost Soldier
Haunting- for Sega Genesis (almost shit my pants when I FINALLY found this game....i love it) I had the same reaction when I found this over the weekend.
PressureCooker2600
Haunting is one of those unique games for the Genesis that leaves you with a great impression. I remember renting it when it came out.....and after that, I've always wanted to get that game. I used to read the Sega Visions magazine that reviewed it, over and over. Very awesome game, indeed. PressureCooker2600
How is Metalhead? i have passed on it at 2.99 for a few monthes now? what is it about? Well, after what you said about Haunting.....I should tell you to go suck a dick. But since I have Metal Head, I'll comment on it. It was a wee bit fun, for me, when it came out and I bought it. It was jaggy as hell and it hasn't aged well. It's basically like a FP-view Robotech-style game/story. You play as a dude controlling a robot. I mainly got it as a filler on my way to a complete 32x collection. In the wild Haunting starring polterguy I have only seen one copy. So its rare to me plus no crazy s&h charges from ebay sellers is a bonus. Edited March 6, 2007 by Ghost Soldier

Night Driver
Salvation Army Corning- I saw a Harley Davidson boot/shoebox (in the electronics showcase) and asked to see the boots, but it was filled w/ Atari games and random 3rd-Party Genesis controllers. Most of the games were common- but there were also a few weirder ones. At $.49 apiece, I'm happy: Squeeze Box (a '4' on the AtariAge Rarity Guide), Sorcerer (4), Lost Luggage (4), Bugs (3), Encounter at L-5 (3), Space Shuttle (3), Vanguard (2), a 'Mystery?' tape w/ no cover (10+), and Sega Genesis 'The Incredible Hulk.' That Tomytronic PacMan just went for $17. Were any of you one of the 7 watchers? It's fun turning $2 into $17. Too bad I'm even better at turning $50 into $0! No teenage blowjobs this trip, however. (And I looked. I always look.) See you on Friday! If you want, I could throw some of them-there nasties into the mystery trade!
