Michael did a great video regarding the the history of Art of Fighting and wanted to share it with us to enjoy. I can honestly say, that this video is certainly well worth the time to watch. Enjoy. From the description, "Art of Fighting (龍虎の拳, Ryūko no Ken, which literally translates to "Fist of the Dragon and Tiger" but can also be interpreted as "Fist of Two Mighty Rivals") is a trilogy of competitive fighting game titles that were released for the Neo Geo platform in the early 1990s. It was the second fighting game franchise created by SNK, following the Fatal Fury series and is set in the same fictional universe. The original Art of Fighting was released in 1992, followed by two sequels: Art of Fighting 2 (龍虎の拳2, Ryūko no Ken 2) in 1994 and The Path of the Warrior: Art of Fighting 3 (龍虎の拳 外伝, Ryūko no Ken Gaiden) in 1996. Created by a company called Saurus, this is one of the best run-and-gun games and adds an overhead viewpoint to the action and an evasive maneuver (roll) that's incredibly helpful and adds a whole new dynamic to the genre. The weapon power-ups are great and each character has a grenade-type projectile, and if you choose Team Battle Mode you can switch between 2 other partners at any time! Way awesome game.
