Gazoo
OK, I'm not adding anything. Here's 10 more: Sewermania Astro Fighter Wing War Munchmobile Angler Dangler Munch-man(with TI corners) Star Force Star Fort Theon Raiders Hunt the Wumpus Ok, looks as if a few of these are some of the ones I found not working. I see that the format you must have them in natively has a Tifiles header, so I'll have to remove them manually, no biggie. Theon Raiders, Sewermania, and Wing War all have problems. The others appear to work. Gazoo Edited October 25, 2014 by Gazoo

+Ksarul
Super Storm, AKA Slime. I may have a ROM for that one. . .purchased from Competition Computers many years ago. I'm not sure if I put it into one of my cartridge boards, I'll have to go digging again. . .
Omega-TI
I see a 'keister load' of games for all these mega cartridges, and that's good....... but, where are the manuals for all these games? They're not all a ftp://whtech.com
Gazoo
Cool, I'll knock that off the list. So why are there multiple files for each if these? Because each file is a maximum of 8k, and most games use more than that. Gazoo
Tempest
Because each file is a maximum of 8k, and most games use more than that. Gazoo Really? I didn't know that. I assumed that TI Games were like Atari 2600 games (4K or 8K with a few 16K). I guess they're more like 5200 games (mostly 32K) Super Storm, AKA Slime. I may have a ROM for that one. . .purchased from Competition Computers many years ago. I'm not sure if I put it into one of my cartridge boards, I'll have to go digging again. . . Awesome! Please look. Also a personal request. Can someone see if they can fix that Robotron EA load? I'd really like to play that one.
+Lee Stewart
I have a feasibility question regarding these new cartridges, but first my limited understanding or possible misconceptions: First, I believe one can dump the image of any program in memory taken during any moment of the target programs execution. Right? Second, I believe some of you like Gazoo, have the knowledge to then take the resulting image, perform some magic, and are then able to burn these programs onto a chip with other programs. (Like the Bert & Ernie XB easter egg in XB v2.7 S) If all this is true, would it be possible to take an image of 4A/DOS right after it loads it's CHARA1 file, but right before it searches DSK1. for AUTO-BAT? After doing this, could the image then be burned onto a new chip along with other utilities? If this was done, everyone would be able to use 4A/DOS without needing a Super Cart and the execution speed would be simply amazing as there would be no load time for the character set file, just an immediate search for the AUTO-BAT file. The problem with this scenario is that the font is loaded into VRAM. You would have to add the font (1 – 2 KB) to ROM along with a modified loader. This is definitely not as easy as saving a CPU RAM image. ...lee

Tempest
Anteater is already on one of the carts There must be a good dump of Wing War out there because I've seen screenshots of it running. There's even an earlier version of the game with different animation.

The problem I see with Wing War is all the dragon is able to do is jump a little and return to the same spot, unless that's all it does? Tempest
I think you need to keep pushing the button to flap and then use the joystick to move (like joust). Try that.

If you say Wing War works, I'll take your word for it, but I still can't get it to do anything but jump a little. The data for all the games now is a little more than 512k, but I can probably squeeze some data in the empty spaces to make it fit. Sewermania definitely has problems, look at the setup screens. Gazoo Yes I saw this, it seem to happen in all MBX games, look at 'Meteor Belt' in megagamemodule3 it does the same thing(Classic99). So does' Space Bandits' and 'Bigfoot'. Maybe we should take a vote on it to see if everyone wants these games or not. The games seem to play fine after the setup screen. EDIT: It only seems to do this with Classic99, on the TI it works fine.(Meteor Belt) Edited October 25, 2014 by Fritz442
Iwantgames:)
As long as the actual gameplay works a few missing letters are ok IMHO
Tempest
I'm partial to the TI cartridge games rather than the 3rd party stuff. The garbled text doesn't bother me as long as it doesn't hurt the gameplay. Why do the MBX games do that? Odd.

+mizapf
Just tried - no display issues in MESS. Only the MBX cartridges which require the MBX hardware do not work.
UKRetrogamer
Just had a blast playing Milton Bradley's Bigfoot. Could this be included? Yay. It's being included! Edit: That'll teach me to read before asking STOOPID questions! The answer was on this *very* page, so I've no excuse. I'll get my coat! Gazoo
Just tried - no display issues in MESS. Only the MBX cartridges which require the MBX hardware do not work. Thank you Michael. You are correct. There are no display issues in Mess with the dump of Sewermania that was posted. Now I have to figure out what to delete from the list to include it in the cart. I wonder if the issues with the other cartridges are related? Gazoo
Gazoo
So here's the list of 67 files. 4 must be deleted to have 63 files plus 1 menu file (there are 64 banks in a 512k cart). What should be removed? Gazoo
