Years ago EBay would crack down on bootlegs, I would report them back then. Now? All bets are off, to your point, they don't care as long as they get their cut. Chinese bootlegs from AliExpress for N64 and other consoles are openly sold there. Nothing shady about Mario Party for N64 at $20 shipped! It's a release candidate build from a show back then. I think I paid $700 for it and sold it for...$700? This guy is clearly trying to gouge for it. No release candidate was ever released - it was whatever current build was being demoed.
