Flojomojo
I suspect that a great many sounds you hear in TV and movies is artificial. https://www.facebook.com/C5Dnews/videos/1408124785899293/
Gabriel
In Married with Children, Bud Bundy has an Atari 5200. It's visible in his room in a few episodes.

boxpressed
There a multiple episode storyline in The Americans about an Intellivision. I think I remember the son playing Astrosmash.
+Atari_Warlord
The most recent Walking Dead episode had Eugene playing Yars' Revenge on an Atari 2600.
Rybags
Garage Gold 4.6 has them find a boxed 2600 and some games (4 switch woody looks in good condition, box showing wear). Revenge of the Beefsteak Tomatoes gets mentioned. They expected to make $200 out of the lot. No powered up footage. Pretty sure they've also found 2600 games in 1 or 2 previous eps. tbb033
I seem to recall Drew Carey having Sega systems hooked up to his living room TV. I think it was usually a Saturn but there may have been others.

SignGuy81
I'll always remember the TurboExpress in the Gene Hackman/Will Smith movie Enemy of the State. That was an awesome movie. I'd love to see another one done with today's tech.
0078265317
Last week and week before "this is us" nbc one of the kids was playing pacman on his pc. And the flash crossover event there was a mention of star raiders.

+Black_Tiger
Black Mask has multiple(?) Sega Saturn scenes. The opening of Mallrats has the main characters playing Sega's Hockey game for Saturn, because they couldn't get the rights for NHL Hockey for Genesis again, like they did in Chasing Amy. Flojomojo
At least the Alf bit has the right sound effects and they used a joystick with a button on top to work better with the puppet. Puppet? No puppet. You're the puppet.
+frankodragon
In Two and a Half Men, Jake plays an original DS. But the sounds are fake.

pacman000
The remake of Flipper has a Game Boy. I saw Flipper (1996) in theaters, and I should have a video tape somewhere. Liked it a lot back in the day. A boy goes to live with his off-beat uncle. Makes friends with a dolphin, survives a hurricane, and faces off with a hammerhead shark. Random memories: The kid's playing a Game Boy when he first meets Flipper. The Game Boy makes noises, which Flipper imitates. The Game Boy doesn't have anything on it's screen. tbb033
There's a whole episode about DJ begging for a Super Nintendo then his parents pretend he can't have one and buy it in secret, then the Grandma buys him one (pissing off the parents). DuggerVideoGames
Swingers has the scene where they're playing NHLPA '93 and making Wayne Gretzky's head bleed (although they talked about fighting being taken out of the game, but it was NHL '94 that removed fighting). I believe the movie Firestarter had some Colecovision products displayed. I remember one of the kids using the Nintendo PowerGlove in one of the Beethoven movies (can't remember if it's the first one or the second one). pacman000
I remember seeing a ColecoVision in Witness. The Amish kid and his mom are staying with a family in the city. He's playing Donkey Kong with other kids in the house. His mom walks in and says his name in a scolding tone; he turns to her and smiles. But this scene's not on the DVD! Was it cut? Was it only on the TV version? Did I dream it?
