"Revive1027" Order thread

RapidObject.com appears to be a 3D printing service.  My question would be, are they familiar with the requirement of the Atari 1027 printer belt?    Have they printed them before and do they know what materials to use, or do you have to supply the STLs and material specs? 

Because I don't have them or know what material to specify.  Are there new and updated STLs or are we still looking at the ones that failed previously?

Good luck in finding a "better" geometry (which is represented by the STL) of the belt which fits into the 1027.
Or let me say it this way:

Is there any new or updated 1027 allowing a thicker rubber or are we still looking at the ones that failed previously? 😉
