SLAVELNS.BAS on the additional disk creates lines 5820,5840,5860 and 5880 that are then entered into the base program SLAVE2.BAS, which is also on the additional disk. The listing in the magazine does not match what is on disk. There were several lines that were typed in with POKE 82,0 and are extra long. With the lines this way, you cannot verify the listing, so the publishers made changes to the listing to make them compatible with BASIC EDITOR II and you would be able to verify. I made a file called SLAVEMAG.BAS that matched the listing in the magazine.
