+Adam+
Well, it's a pity that here on AtariAge people are not very familiar with Silly Venture party - probably the biggest Atari event in the world. There's a lot of competitions there, for example these are the best 3 works from last year's Atari 8-bit graphic compo: First place: Guardian (by Odyn1ec) Second place: No Sheep Here (by Ooz) Third place: Skullman (by Rocky)
Bryan
You know, we need a streaming video feed from the big Atari parties!
+JAC!
This weekend my "SillyPack 2k13" will be released at the Forever Party. It contains all graphics, musics and all other releases of Sillyventure with a comfortable menu, so you can enjoy them on the real machine. Due to the sheer number of entries it took quite some time to complete it.

+Stephen
Can't wait to see the entries, and I love the menu system you have created. All around excellent work, and I am very jealous of the meetings you guys have overseas.

+Stephen
Awesome pic. I think I perfer the "non-tebe" version, it has more blue mixed in with the red. I think it gives more of a shaded transition look. Awesome effort.

Wrathchild
A simple 9 colour GED-- picture conversion from the image found here. Wrathchild
An experiment with G2F and VBXE, importing from a C64 game screen. Seems to have done very well except the trousers for the man by the steps haven't come out well? Sandor / HARD
http://g2f.atari8.info v4.0.1.3 (03.09.2015) Hi TeBe, Are you still planning updates to Atari Graphics Studio? In case you do, would you consider adding HCM mode 0 and mode 2 as formats? (they're very straightforward / homogeneous modes) https://bitbucket.org/sandor-hard/reharden/src/master/HCM.md
Synthpopalooza
Suggwstion for a future G2F: Ability to render GTIA mode pictures while in antic 4/5 ... This allows for low - res GTIA pictures and would be very helpful to me.

Synthpopalooza
As it is character based, it is Antic 2 . Antic 4/5 with GTIA changes the color mappings. You get 14 of the 16 colors, and all 9 Graphics 10 colors, but some of them change in inverse. This is partially useful for me when building displays using my ICE graphics modes. I've done experiments using Antic 5 to get about 60 colors onscreen.
+MrFish
Why is Graph2Font setting a quad-width missile to single-width on the output files? I'm seeing this in the ASM output, where the missile size register is being set to zero (together with all the unused missile positions). x2 lda #$00 sta hposm0 sta hposm2 sta hposm3 sta sizem Also, there are no errors when doing a "Check" on each line's status (DLI changes per line); status for all lines are listed as "OK". jmccorm
A hard-earned tip for others who are trying and failing over and over to convince Graph2Font's lightly documented "Export As..." feature to paste a series of existing images together as a scrolling or an animated output file: When you go File -> New to select what directory you want it to place the work files into, as it turns out, that isn't entirely what it does. It will create some files in that directory, but it'll also create a new subdirectory called Atari and it'll put the bulk of the files under there. Unfortunately, you may never see that subdirectory if you chose a directory that already has a number of intermediate files and subdirectories. I hope this tip manages to save someone else a great deal of frustration.
