Turbo Laser Lynx
Hi, could you update the address to my Lynx page SwedenLynxer? At the moment they link to some old non-existent page. Here's my Lynx page Those demos can be found there under "mini games" Conquistador is a finished mini game. It's only one level but it is what it is. Anti A-Bomb Aircraft Artillery is what I planned it to be (but it's too easy and would need some tweaks). Karateboy and Knightmare were programming exercise and I'm not going to work on them anymore. I have since made a scroller demo "Levi the Lynx" which i probably won't finish and a non-scrolling platformer "Catacomb Raider", which I would want to finish sometimes, but I've got a lot going on so I really don't know right now if it ever will be finished. I finished a silly micro/mini game a couple of years ago called C Gull which I should put online. You can play two players on one lynx, hunter vs. seagull. It's extremely simple though. (You move in a horizontal direction and shoot at each other). Sampo
108 Stars
Great list! It´s a shame that nothing was released of TNT-Terry...Bomberman would make a GREAT Lynx game.

Fadest
Limny - a small (4kb) game written for fun some times ago : http://www.yaronet.com/posts.php?sl=9&s=113371 (C source with basic style writing included ) The goal is to help the 20 red things to go out via yellow square, before water is at the top of the screen. To do this, you can create/remove blocs on screen with your cursor. The first screen is allways the same, but after, levels are generated randomly... Don't know if I will make one day something for this till, except maybe put it as hidden game on an hypothetical new release...

Is that a Tomb Raider clone? Maybe you can post some screenshots? BTW I think Anti A-Bomb Aircraft Artillery is your best game. And I finally manage to finish Conquistador! Those games would make excellent additions on a new multigame cart (MegaPak 2?) @ Fadest: I will put Limny on the list too. matashen
although it is nice to have an overview of home brews for the atari lynx If you want an overview of released homebrews, maybe swedenlynxer or someone else will start a new thread. I think its better to have unfinished/in progress games in an own thread. You get easier an overview.
Turbo Laser Lynx
Hi, thanks a lot for the update and for the feedback SwedenLynxer. I'm afraid Catacomb Raider is not a Tomb Raider clone. The game it self is more inspired by Bruce Lee on the commodore 64 (platformer with non-scrolling screen), but the name is obviously referring to Tomb Raider and the hero of the game is an Indiana Jones like figure called Laurel Soft. Levi the Lynx is my second try at a platformer and is much more thoughtfully programmed than my knightmare demo. Anyway, as I said earlier, I don't know if and when I can finish these games, if ever, 'cause I'm really busy at the moment. Both games are in an early stage and are more like bases for games. But at least the C-gull mini game is finished and I'll notify here in the Atariage Lynx forums when I put it up on my site sometimes soon. Still, here is some teaser screenshots. (The graphics are silly/oldschool on purpose), it's not that i wouldn't be capable of doing "better looking" graphix. stinkoman
Any idea when some of these new games are supposed to come out or no when zaku will be ready to ship its second order?
matashen
Any idea when some of these new games are supposed to come out or no when zaku will be ready to ship its second order? in my case, no idea. I started a fifth project. The actual Title is "Karate World Tour" an IK+ like Clone. I already working on the comlynx to get it stable, cause i think its the most important part. With many luck it will be released this year, but i think it needs some month more. I have this year heavy workload, so i dont know how many time i can invest in coding. The other projects are growing slowly, nothing is canceled. Regards Matthias
DeathAdderSF
no when zaku will be ready to ship its second order? It's going to be some months yet, as we sold through the first 300 copies just as our new Mega Drive RPG went into production. All backorders will be honored, and all backorder customers kept informed of their order status. In addition, news about Zaku and our other game products is available directly from our Facebook page. If you haven't done so already, join up now! Super Fighter Team on Facebook Thanks for your interest.

Atari Joe
ZAKU is amazing it would have been a game changer had it come out in 1991 or two. Turbo Laser Lynx, your games look like they could be GREAT please finish them if you can! Also, the game I have been wanting to play the most is DISTANT LANDS from Songbird. I always wanted that RPG on LYNX that never came out, DISTANT LANDS looks like it would be great game to play instead. So much great stuff on lynx what a great system with a grew group of homebrewers.
