m-crew
On the site, yes. Not by e-mail. But I got charged for it also and I finally did get a tracking e-mail when I filed a PayPal dispute back on 1-20. Funny I ordered a set maybe 3 weeks ago, they confirmed my order by email the next day..nothing since then.. but I think you have no worries.. Its a matter of time.. Ignorama
Its a matter of time.. Its pretty funny to read this, because right now I am playing Illusion of Time on the SNES, a decent game (its known as Illusion of Gaia in the USA, but the european title fits better in this case)
SoulBlazer
Ladies and Gents, hell has frozen over! Guess what I FINALLY got today, almost three and a half months after ordering the damn things! I'd still like to know why orders were not shipped in the order they were received like 99.9 percent of other companies out there, and I don't think I'm ever going to order from Intelivision Productions again. I almost had to file another PayPal dispute, and the ONLY e-mail I ever got was a shipping order on 1-20 for my order played on 12-1. Having said that, now that I have them finally I'm pleased with the overlays and the quality of them and the sheet that came with them was a nice touch. Of course, this totally negates the fact I waited a extra month to get the Sam's Club Flashback with the 5 extra overlays, but oh well. So those of you were also ordered on 12-1 like me and have yet to get anything, it looks like they are still being shipped.

Illtiger1
Well that's good to hear. I also ordered in December and have not received a shipping notification. I received a couple of random emails from them a couple of months ago once again confirming my order, but that's it.
freewheel
I'd still like to know why orders were not shipped in the order they were received like 99.9 percent of other companies out there I'd still like to know why everyone thinks this is even remotely true. I guess maybe I order multiple things at different times from the same company more than most people, because I continually receive things well out of order. The real answer, of course, is that IP got buggered with a lot (if not all) of the Dec 1 orders. Instead of making literally everyone wait while that got sorted out, they sent out the vast majority of "easy" orders first. Then cleaned up the problematic orders. Pretty much what any company would do in this situation. Imagine the screaming if they sent an email that said "sorry for the delay everyone, but this one guy's order is messed up and it's gonna take a few weeks to fix it - so the other thousand of you will have to wait because we insist on shipping everything in the exact order received". That'd be just about the stupidest business plan ever. Good to hear you finally got them though

Because... well... let's lie about it, for no good reason whatsoever. Or... As freeweed mentioned, the orders that were going out were actually processed in the order received, while the December 1st set were processed later. This is still consistent with that random comment. It must be such a burden to live your life day in and day out with such negativity. I thought that getting your overlays from someone else--or at least the free set of overlays that I sent--would fill the overwhelming emotional void your lost order had left, and ease the excruciating pain in your soul. Alas, it seems you are a lost cause. I feel sorry for you, dude. Here's a picture of a cute kitten: he's not evil, there is still hope in the world. -dZ. freewheel
Having been a cat owner in a previous life, I can only imagine the hell of cleaning all that marshmallow out of the poor kitten's fur. Here's hoping they did that in a dry, cool room - or it's just Photoshopped.

+DZ-Jay
The problem is finding those pictures. I wished there was a centralized place where people stored pictures of kittens. These databases would then serve you cat photos when you ask for them. Hmmm... If many of these "cat photo servers" had these centralized databases, they could then link them in a sort of network. Or better yet--if different regions had such networks we could interconnect them, like in an inter-network. We could call it, I don't know, an "inter-net" or a "web". That would be awesome. Then we could search all sorts of cat photos from all over the world! And we could tag them, and add cute and funny captions to them! Wouldn't that be awesome? And of course, if this world wide "web" can serve cat photos, it can equally serve porn!!! Imagine that! It would be like living in the future! I think I'm on to something here... Let me call my friends Tim and Vince to see what they think.

SoulBlazer
Maybe I've just been lucky, then, but in my 15+ years of ordering online I can only think of a couple times when the company did NOT ship orders in the order they were received. And no, it's not fair that everyone's orders be held up due a problems with a few. But even smaller companies have told me when there have been issues. Okay, that's fine with the problem December 1st orders -- I knew there were some problems with the store shortly after I placed my order. And if they had issues with those orders that delayed their processing, I'm cool with that also. My big gripe is the total lack of communication. If they had told me that December 1st orders were going to be delayed, I would have canceled and re-ordered so I wouldn't have to wait 10 weeks but 2 instead. Hell, if they had told me ANYTHING that would have been great. A little communication goes a long way. The only information I've gotten has been on here. None of my e-mails got answered, my posts on the FB group got deleted (and all were nice and respectful), and it took filing a PayPal dispute to receive the ONE e-mail I did get -- a shipping notice back on 1-20. Some people said they got update e-mails from Keith, but I never got anything -- and yes, I check my Junk folder every day also. It's like with Kickstarter projects. I'm a huge supporter of games on there and believe in the system. 90 percent of the games that I back and that get funded get delayed. I don't mind the game being delayed as long as the creators communicate to us on what's going on. Without communication, I'm left wondering what's going on and have to send messages to the people to get a status update on the project, which I'm sure is annoying on both ends. But since a few of my funded projects have not been able to finish, I do always wonder about that. No, this was not a big amount of money. I think we can all agree though that the whole process was f-d from the start to the end. To those of you who also ordered Dec 1st and still not gotten anything....if you haven't gotten at least a shipping notification by now, I'd file a PayPal dispute. It was the only way I got even THAT much from them for communication. If you HAVE gotten the shipping e-mail at least, hang tight.
