It IS the same Hozer, but I seem to recall reading somewhere that Hozer was contracted to made this game for the author -- so I think in this case it IS original and the seller is being honest. It seems nowdays in the 'copies' that Hozer makes he just uses the head that's it, no spelling out the company name here. So I'm 99 percent sure this is original.
