Kurt_Woloch
Sorry, I forgot to post what I've been playing in time again... here are my times for the past week (14th through 20th of September). It's been a heavy week for online games in general, and taxi games in special... The classic game: Crystals of Zong (C-64) 33 min. (actually, again for the sake of recording the small "Amazing grace" snippet it plays, but this time I continued playing for a while...) The non-classic games: Diepix Arena (Online game) 37 min. (in 2 sessions) Goldwell (Online game) 8 min. (this is a clone of Anteater / Oil's Well) Cab driver (Online game) 191 min. (in 2 sessions) Youda Sushi Chef (Online game) 50 min. Crazy Taxi (PC) 188 min. (in 2 sessions) Sim Taxi (Online game) 20 min. Hey Taxi (Online game) 75 min.

+cvga
Continuing on with 5200 games... Atari 5200: Rescue on Fractulus 9 minutes (I'm not a big fan of this genre of games) Ms. Pacman 8 minutes (the 5200 version plays slow. I enjoy the 2600 version more) Space Invaders 10 minutes (I didn't realize how much different this version is from the others) Gyruss 12 minutes Galaxian 10 minutes Beamrider 12 minutes (My favorite 2600 game was a letdown on the 5200) Megamania 18 minutes (I always get stuck on the 2nd wave of space dice including twice today) Qix 20 minutes (I wish this was on the 2600)
VectorGamer
Continuing on with 5200 games... Atari 5200: Space Invaders 10 minutes (I didn't realize how much different this version is from the others) The 5200 version blows! Qix 20 minutes (I wish this was on the 2600) Why? Qix is one of the bright moments of the 5200. Galaxian is another disappointment on the 5200. I used to like Pac-Man on the 5200 until I played Opcode's Pac-Man Collection for the ColecoVision. Now, I haven't even played THAT version since I got my Make Trax Maze MAME up and running.
iwan-iwanowitsch-goratschin
Star Wars Arcade (2600) for 50 min.

I agree that Qix works well on the 5200. It seems like it would work well on the 2600 also. I wasn't impressed with Galaxian either. There wasn't anything in particular that I hated. It just wasn't good. Edited September 23, 2009 by cvga

+cvga
I've noticed that it's been awhile since some long time posters have logged any times. Ransom, sandmountainslim, midnight magicman, Sayton are you guys still out there playing? We're in danger of having Canyon Bomber (Arcade) getting into the top 10 for this week! My kids love this game (for some reason - probably because they can beat the white blimp/plane). Edited September 25, 2009 by rmaerz

+cvga
I've also moved all of the Season 2 logged games from my spreadsheet to a database. Since I also have a field for the poster, I should be able to give much better stats in the future!
