0078265317
Or the main reason I want one is for the save states. Only thing for a real nes (besides everdrive) (or at least back in the day) that did save states was pro action replay. Except its expensive. Would it be possible to make a replica device that just does save states? Not everdrive. But something that uses real carts. And it won't have to be 100 since its new and not rare.

Wickeycolumbus
Wow that blows dude. Seems widespread if people in two states said they sold out the night before. There were still people waiting inside the store lobby for the NES and Hatchimals, I think it just means that they had passed out all the vouchers at 10 and they spent the night! 0078265317
There's the Retro Freak. But its more expensive than the Everdrives. That is not bad. But I meant on a real nintendo not a separate console so all games work like castlevania 3. Can't we just buy a QJ Game Action Replay and 3d printer it. Then resell them for 50 a piece instead of 150-200. Even if it was 200 sell 4 of them and you brake even. And more than that in we're in bussiness. Just have to give it a new name and shell so we are not copying it. Or reverse engineer it and then reverse engineer that. http://www.nesworld.com/gameactionreplay.php

Flojomojo
^^^ any of that stuff would be easier to source and would yield better results than an NES Classic Mini. Especially if one didn't have to stand in line, outside in the cold, like a chump. Might even learn something from the experience, too. Two-in-the-Belfry
I don't understand the hype for the NES Classic Mini. For the prices it's going at, people could get an actual NES and some games for cheaper.
Keatah
But not as many games. And not in as an attractive a box. Plus, an NES is an NES, the only way to get one is by buying someone else's ratbaggy piece of hardware from the 1980's. Whereas this NES-mini is modern, new, and still has VOC smell to it. Plus it is more power efficient and consumes less physical space. More reliable I bet. Made for the digital age. And best of all it is emulation - *T*H*E* premier way to play games in this modern day and age. Edited December 5, 2016 by Keatah

The E is for Emulation!!! Let's all do it. Give up fuzzy analog televisions, clutter of ROM cartridges, and PO'ed spouses who threaten to leave us if we don't straighten up and emulate right! But I already have a 76 in 1 cartridge. And not looking for any more pirates. And roms are too on the skethy side. I know nobody ever got into trouble buy why risk it. I was actually wondering if it would be possible to directly 3d printer an exact working copy of the QJ Game Action replay. Not ever drive or powerpak. An exact copy of QJ GAR. Game Action Replay is no roms or anything. It just plugs into you nes and then you plug your real carts in. No roms to download and mess with. Then it allows you to save the game and pick up where you left off.
Flojomojo
Um, you know it's 2016, right? 3D printing isn't the Star Trek holodeck. You can 3D print a case, but a circuit board? That's going to take a different set of skills.
