Sorry for the late reply. This will be released on a physical cartridge. I haven't given any thought to a ROM image release yet, and there is no release date either, but things are moving along. I know a huge PC Engine fan in France who hates PCEWorks (well, he's not alone in the community because of their previous Sapphire bootlegs that were not identified as copies at the time) and I know he tweeted Konami several times about that. Good. Kind of. Weird that they wouldn't C&D them, but good, I think. I don't agree with the PCEWorks stuff, but the stuff they put out is at least very attractive in terms of design/planning/etc.. I bought my like new copy for I think 21000 yen a few months ago. I have the picture of it somewhere with the price sticker, I think. Well, I found the picture, but the price tag is unreadable. Of course if I can find an original game for a reasonable price, I'll buy it, but I would have never been able to buy original copies of Dracula X and Gate of Thunder for instance.
