I only starting doing this since last year, unfortunately the 2019 list doesn't have the links to the individual threads but it will get you started for last year: https://atariage.com/forums/topic/300101-atari-8bit5200-homebrew-released-in-2019-complete-list/ As for a complete download of all the releases I'm not sure if there's somewhere you can download them by year but atarionline.pl has an EXTENSIVE download section of releases by name. Just search down the lefthand side for "Katalog gier" (Games Catalogue) on the main page of the site.
