Funnily enough their feedback rating are fine. So seems people buy from them and there isn't any comment as to any issues in dealing with them. I'd have expected a few negative comments at least. Some of the Atari listings I find as a buyer are woefully inadequate in the listing wording (sometimes "Atari 800XL for sale" is all you get. Then there is Rajni16, who is the polar opposite!
