So will this be an officially licensed version of Lode Runner? I see the Tozai Games logo on the start up menu and it looks like they hold the rights to Lode Runner.

In case you missed it, there's a "Mastermind" homebrew posted a couple of days ago here:

https://atariage.com/forums/topic/336942-mastermind-game/

Thanks so much for the heads up, I don't often check that subforum. Added!

it looks like this game won't run on JAVATARI. ?

Thanks, looks like that flavour of DPC+ doesn't work with Javatari unfortunately. I even tried forcing the format using the CARTRIDGE_FORMAT option but it didn't work. Hopefully Javatari will one day be able to support more formats.

The standard kernel version (tanks_2022_0.5.bas.bin) is now 8K, and it works when I load it in Javatari, but the link above might be to the DPC+ version (tanks_2022_dpc_0.1.bin), and that version appears to have some problem in Javatari (auto: failed), which I'll have to look at.

Thank you for the information, I've updated the listing.

I've tried to force it to be recognized with &FORMAT=DPC but it still didn't work. It doesn't seem to support many DPC+ games (which it doesn't say it does anyway) and definitely doesn't support CDFJ games either so sadly the website is not as useful as it once was for Atari 2600 homebrew games.
