Plumbob
Ignoring any real or hypothetical licensing issues: Rally-X for the 7800 Bosconian for the 7800 Dark chambers 7800 (Yes, this one please!!) HERO 2600 (I suspect that there are still plenty of people out there who don’t even know about this game yet but would really enjoy it if given the opportunity to purchase it. )

Just a company that bought or licensed the IP and rereleased it, kind of what Atari is doing today(NTSC). Also did Quest for Quintana Roo. 1

+D Train
would really like to see ballblazer and tempest for the 2600. I know that someone can do it!
Major Havoc 2049
For the next round of rereleases I would like to see Motor Psycho, Planet Smashers and Dark Chambers. An M-Network combo cart with four non-sports games would be cool. For a release that would be more challenging, I would like to see Miner 2049'er and Bounty Bob Strikes Back ported to the 7800 and put on one cart.
JetmanUK
How about an 'Atari Hidden Treasure' multi cart. It would feature games that were not released but finished or almost finished prototypes. Aquaventure, Lunar Lander, other games that appeared on the Flashback.

+karri
Hotdog. It was a demo only for the Lynx. But especially the under water swimming episodes were cute.

I do not know who owns Toki now, but Pixel Games UK owns both California Games and Impossible Mission, I believe. I think Atari could work something out with them. Or just buy the games outright from them.
