Famicoman
Could you please give one more hint for #2...Please?
Susuwatari
I solved # 2 by accident actually. I found a few games yesterday including the clue itself, and all I had to remember was how that game was connected to Simpson. I would help but it's competition and it's no fun if someone I helped ends up ahead of me. But if you really need help, you just have to remember what he did sometime before he got involved in that long and slow police chase. Room 34
Could you please give one more hint for #2...Please? OK, here's a hint... #2 is one of the easiest challenges in the contest!
Scooterb23
That one took me all of ten seconds to get...but this word search...now 24 hours in...no freaking clue...
Mr.FoodMonster
::This is unintentional if it has anything to do with the main answer:: I see a few titles that are spaced out, for example (this isnt one of them I see, but just for getting the idea) a DIG then 10 lines down a DUG one going horizontal, the other vertical. I can only find 12 titles, BTW =(
Scooterb23
I've noticed a couple of those as well...but can't figure if they have anything to do with it or not.
moycon
I found the word "pee" I wonder if that has anything to do with cracking the puzzle??
moycon
Hmmmmmm I tried to pee on the puzzle printout and it turned a weird color!! I think I'm on to something here!!!
Mad Scientist
Who's Grindle? I was expecting Grundle... just a typo?
bjk7382
I got 20 on the wordsearch if the split up names count
Thomas Jentzsch
I haven't solved #3 yet and I also found only 16 words in the puzzle (like almost everybody seems to have). But I think I have (partially) understood how to get to the remaining 10. BTW: Do the titles have to be unique?
Mayhem
Room34.... you GIT! I am pretty sure I've got the word search puzzle "cracked", but that's because, well, I'm a sneaky bastard However I haven't solved it yet because as we all know, there's more than one way to skin a cat... and there well may be more than one thing to do to get the solution out. Will keep investigating...
khryssun
Still locked on question 2..... I thought about a movie title but it seemes it's not the answer Any small hint please ?

moycon
Just read through the whole thread, There's plenty of hints for #2. Still stumped on #4. I thought I was on to something...But apparently not Also the whole "pee" thing didnt work out at all.
Room 34
Who's Grindle? I was expecting Grundle... just a typo? My apologies. It is Grundle. It's been too long since I've looked at the Adventure game manual. I will make some corrections now. NOTE: The corrections I am making are simply the changing of Grindle to Grundle in clue #0.5 and on the page itself. The changes have no bearing whatsoever on the content of any challenges within the contest. Since the instruction manual refers to the yellow dragon as both Yorkle and Yorgle, I am going to stick with my preferred version, which is Yorgle. Nostalgic
I'm also stuck on the word search, having found 16 games out of the 26. I didn't find any diagonals yet. I was actually worried because I found very few horizontal and a lot of vertical. I don't know if that's because that's how the puzzle was arranged or if I just can't find words that are horizontal because they're too obvious. This is an enjoyable contest, even if the potential ROI (a $25 prize) is a lot less than the time I put into it. It's the challenge that makes it worthwhile. Thank you, Room 34, for establishing this contest! (I noticed that you seem very fond of one particular game in this word search... )

Famicoman
Hey, If I'm getting stuck on an easy one, do you think I could possably pass you, I QUIT!
Room 34
This is an enjoyable contest, even if the potential ROI (a $25 prize) is a lot less than the time I put into it. The prizes are nominal... my goal was to make the challenge of the contest an end in itself.

Susuwatari
Hey, If I'm getting stuck on an easy one, do you think I could possably pass you, I QUIT! Sorry you feel that way. If you must give up that early in the game, then I guess it's for the best. Just means less competition to the rest of us (not much less though)
