What search history are you talking about, all you need to do is Google Switch adult games to find the same results that I did. Another way to find out about these games it to just browse the switch stores discount section ( which is how I found this garbage), right after you see cool stuff like the Contra or the Street Fighter collection on sale you'll inevitably run into this type of shovelware if you keep scrolling down, Nintendo does absolutely nothing to hide this content from people who just want to browse for real games and it's a damn shame that they seemingly don't care about they're wholesome family friendly imagine anymore. Nintendo will only license games that get a mainstream rating (up to ESRB M or equivalent in other regions) with anything getting the AO (Adults Only) rating getting an automatic refusal. As such, any pr0n games you might see on the switch will either have been edited or was tame enough to begin with. In contrast, Steam allows unrated games to be published and has way more such games than the Switch, in any case. I am aware that there are measures in place where you can restrict what a given Nintendo account can view on the eShop but we all know that's not going to stop a determined youngster.
