In case you are unaware of it, the -p parameter can often reduce/eliminate anomalies in a decoded flux dump. I have eliminated over 100 errors from a single ATX decode using this feature.

+SoulBuster
Analog Issue #44 GEMSET.BAS from Reader's Comments modifies GEMSET.COM from issue #42 to allow larger character sets and also for SPARTA DOS compatibility. GEMSET.LST are the lines to change in the MAC/65 assembly listing. MLEDITOR.LST from Reader's Comments is entered into the MLEDITOR.BAS from issue #42 to fix an error. CLASH.LST from Reader's Comments is entered into The Clash of the Kings BASIC program for cassette users. MICROCHK.LST from Reader's Comments is enter into the BASIC program of Micro Check from issues 27 and 28 to allow for searching the memo. INVENTRY.LST from Reader's Comments is enter into the BASIC program of Home Inventory as the lines were missing from the listing in the magazine. They are not necessary for our disk as the Issue disk subscription had these lines already. I included a version of the program without the lines on the additional disk. This is here for completeness. MICROMAL.LST from Reader's Comments is used in the assembly program of Micro Mail from issue 40 to allow for sorting without a temp variable. RAMCOPY.BAS sets up a boot disk to copy up to 16 files from that disk into your RAMDISK at boot up. I have included a sample ATR to show how it works. This ATR will setup a 130xe RAMDISK on drive 8 and the autorun.sys file on the disk will be copied on drive 8. You can see it with a disk directory from DOS. Of course you will start with the BASIC program to set up a disk the way you want it. BLAST.BAS is the BASIC ML data for creating the game. BLASTCAS.LST is entered into BLAST.BAS to create a cassette version of the game. A CAS and an ATR from that CAS are included. BLAST.M65 compiles into a complete and working game. +SoulBuster
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE There are programs in Analog that have a BASIC listing provided for machine language programs. These programs are created by reverse engineering an object code file already on the disk that was created some other way. There are no checksums for these. These listings are provided for people without a disk subscription so they have the ability to enter them in using MLEDITOR. There is no value to have them on disk as the MLEDITOR does not read them, it only uses them for typing them in at the moment. There is no way to verify them unless you spend the time typing them in with MLEDITOR, and this will only get you what you had on the disk already in the form of an object code file. They will not be included on future posts, starting with Issue #46.
